Sweet Shanghai..

Its not the end of the world when you leave your holiday in sunny Oz to come back to London for work. Mostly because you forgot about the night stopover in Shanghai as part of the service when flying China Eastern Airlines.

Well we've never been to Asia (officially - airports don't count), so I thought it would be a great taster opportunity.

To say the least, I tasted enough in 20 hours. On arrival, no one knew how to process temporary layover visas, speak english (fair enough), or in layments terms, generally organise a piss up in a brewery.

You can imagine that seeing it was a stopover, it was not a dream of most people on the flight to go to China and most being english, were 'unhappy' to say the least (I promise not to use the 'w' word).

Environmental awareness and health and safety can apparently not be translated into Chinese.. therefore dont exist! see for yourself..
